A collegewide group of functional and technical experts comprise the core team working on MDConnect. Many subject matter experts (SMEs) from across all departments and campuses have also been asked to provide their expertise and help in designing the system, processes, and procedures. Additionally, the College has partnered with Deloitte as the implementation partner. All MDConnect pillars are comprised of both MDC and Deloitte resources. As the new system goes live, everyone at the College will be impacted by MDConnect (the new ERP system).
The MDConnect team is divided into the several pillars. Each pillar is responsible for specific duties, functions, and deliverables. Some teams have cross-functional responsibility because they actively support all MDConnect pillars.
